Hermes is Josh Chang’s personal, self-hosted AI assistant. It helps with email, documents, files, calendars, contacts, and tasks across accounts he chooses to connect.
What it does
Through Google account authorization, Hermes can search and summarize messages and files, draft and send email, create and edit documents, organize Drive files, manage events, and update contacts and tasks. Each action uses the account and permissions selected by its owner.
How access works
This deployment is for private use; it does not offer public registration. Connecting Google requires an explicit Google consent flow. Access can be revoked through Google Account connections.
Hermes uses the open-source Hermes Agent software. This deployment is operated independently by Josh Chang and is not an official Google or Nous Research service.
